Responsibilities :

- Maintain and enhance existing service management workflows and processes.

- Work on improving and expanding an established codebase with a focus on continuous improvement.

- Refactor and optimize modules to improve system performance, scalability, and maintainability.

- Drive initiatives to reduce technical debt while ensuring backward compatibility.

- Collaborate with pre-sales teams, business analysts, and product stakeholders to align technical solutions with business requirements.

- Develop high-quality Angular-based front-end components, including dynamic forms, workflow interfaces, and dashboards.

- Build and maintain backend services using Node.js, including REST APIs and business logic layers.

- Design and manage database structures, stored procedures, and optimize queries (PostgreSQL/MySQL).

- Develop workflow and automation engines for complex process orchestration.

- Implement secure access mechanisms (RBAC, tenant isolation, data security frameworks).

- Translate ITSM and ITIL-based requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Architect modular and scalable systems that integrate with existing platforms.

- Coordinate with infrastructure and deployment teams for smooth implementation and delivery.

Requirements / Qualifications / Skill Set

Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Experience :

- 7 to 11 years of experience in software development and solution architecture

- Strong experience in designing scalable enterprise applications

Technical Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Angular, JavaScript, and TypeScript

- Solid backend development experience using Node.js

- Experience in building and consuming REST APIs

- Hands-on experience with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL)

- Knowledge of workflow engines and automation systems

- Understanding of microservices architecture and modular system design

- Familiarity with ITSM tools and ITIL frameworks

- Experience in code refactoring, performance tuning, and scalability improvements

- Understanding of security best practices (RBAC, data protection, multi-tenancy)

Tools & Technologies :

- Version control systems (Git)

- API development tools

- Basic understanding of cloud or deployment environments is a plus
