- To perform QA test on POS product suite integrated with telecom BSS systems, to high profile, high end customers and system integration partners.

- Experience in performing QA test of web-based enterprise- based inventory management application linked with SQL server database is required.

- Knowledge of Telecom domain and experience in working on Amdocs system is a plus.

Key activities :

- Prepare test scenarios based on the product design document, conduct manual test of the application as per the test scenarios and report non- compliance as product defects.

- Should have basic knowledge of SQL and Unix to troubleshoot the issues while supporting UAT/BUAT.

- Should have good understanding of agile methodology.

- Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to handle customer expectation for critical issues reported by them. Need to update customer verbally on the progress made towards resolution of an issue reported.

- QA testing of World class Retail sales & inventory management application used by top telecommunication service providers across the globe.

- Primary activity is to design test cases, conduct tests, report defects, and work in a global team located across the globe to support specific modules and interfaces with other applications on SLA and meet quality standards.
