Software Tester - Veeva CRM Platform

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform functional regression and integration testing on Veeva CRM applications

- Validate workflows including approval chains content publishing and analytics tracking

- Collaborate with business analysts and developers to understand requirements and translate them into test scenarios

- Execute test cases and document results using tools like Azure Test Plans JIRA or similar

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations eg FDA GxP during testing cycles

- Participate in UAT and support defect triage and resolution

- Validate analytics implementations using tools like Charles Debugger Fiddler or browser developer tools 1

Required Skills :

- Experience in testing Veeva CRM modules eg Veeva RIM Vault MedComms

- Strong understanding of CRM workflows and B2B integrations

- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and cloud platforms Azure preferred 2

- Proficiency in test automation tools Selenium Cucumber and scripting languages Java Groovy 2

- Knowledge of analytics validation and crossbrowserplatform testing 1

- Experience with Agile methodologies and SDLC processes
