Software Technical Lead (.Net, MVC, SQL)

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead with a strong background in .Net, MVC, and SQL technologies to lead a dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality software solutions. You will be responsible for leading technical projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring best practices in software development.

What you will do?

- Technical Leadership : Lead a team of developers and engineers, providing guidance and mentorship in project delivery and technical excellence.

- Architecture & Design : Design and develop scalable, robust, and secure software architectures using .Net, MVC frameworks, and SQL databases.

- Hands-on Development : Participate in the full software development life cycle (SDLC) including analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation.

- Code Quality : Ensure the team's code meets high-quality standards, is well documented, maintainable, and follows best coding practices.

- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Troubleshooting & Problem-solving : Lead efforts in debugging and resolving complex technical issues in a timely manner.

- Performance Tuning : Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability, especially focusing on SQL performance tuning and database optimizations.

- Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with the latest technologies, frameworks, and best practices to continuously enhance team productivity and product quality.

- Project Management : Assist in project planning, task management, and estimation, ensuring timely delivery of technical solutions.

- Mentoring : Provide guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Who are we looking for?

- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 12+ years of experience in software development, with significant experience in .Net, MVC, and SQL.

- Proven experience in leading technical teams or serving as a technical project lead.

- 12+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on .Net technologies, particularly ASP .Net and .Net Core.

- Expertise in MVC frameworks and design patterns.

- Strong experience with SQL Server, including stored procedures, triggers, indexing, and performance tuning.

- Proficiency in front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like Angular or React (preferred).

- Deep understanding of OOP (Object-Oriented Programming) principles and design patterns.

- Experience with Web API development and RESTful services.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and DevOps practices (CI/CD, containerization) is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead technical discussions.
