Responsibilities :
Architecting the test automation framework from scratch & re architecting when needed, maturity to consider cross-functional feedback while designing
Strong expertise in test automation of APIs, Web and Backend applications using industry standard test automation frameworks - preferred BDD - Gherkin and Behave/Cucumber, Pytest.
Ability to understand system architecture, technical requirements, collaborate with the product owners, Functional Dev and QA to understand user stories and Non functional requirements
Ability to define and maintain the performance test plans, test objectives, acceptance criteria, workload profiles and use case scenarios.
Ability to utilize load testing software to inject load, measure and analyze performance data (workload, system and application), analyzing metrics from application, system logs, other monitoring tools and simulating system behavior to improve the performance and reliability of applications.
Ability to automate all Performance Suite to execute during any release of NFR certification.

Good communication skills (written, verbal, listening, and articulation)
QUALIFICATIONS :
Expertise in Load Testing with JMeter(MUST) AND/OR any other open source tools such as Locust/Gatling/K6
Experience in Application performance Monitoring such as Datadog/Grafana (MUST)
Experience in automation with Python (MUST)
Strong knowledge in Database SQLServer/Postgres/Snowflake
Knowledge in AWS Services- S3, Lambda, Cloudwatch, ECR/ECS, Batch services
Strong knowledge in testing process and comfortable to participate and support in certifying the NFRs during production support ticket resolution ,sprint testing cycle, regression testing and UAT
Experience with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban
Key competencies required: Problem-Solving, Analytical, Collaboration, and Accountability
An influencer by always advocating for technical excellence and innovation while being open to change when needed
Advantage if, Has Healthcare/Life Sciences domain experience
