Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with analysts and designers to understand specifications and translate them into functional code.

- Conduct thorough testing of software components to identify and resolve defects, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge within the team.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools, enhancing team efficiency.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner, minimizing disruptions to client operations.

- Document software designs and code changes, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for future reference.

- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements, applying them to improve existing solutions and develop new ones.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and test software applications using programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or similar.

- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with diverse stakeholders to achieve common goals.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling clear and concise communication of technical concepts.

- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Ability to work independently and remotely, managing time effectively and meeting deadlines.

- Experience: 3 - 17 years
