Immediate Hiring Software Engineer (Remote)

We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our Contact Center Automation team. This role involves working on voice bot automation, enhancing customer experience through AI-driven call flows.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and optimize Node.js applications for call flow automation

- Integrate with APIs and Google Dialogflow CX (NLP engine)

- Write clean, scalable, and testable code using best practices (Jest for unit tests)

- Design call flows in Google Dialogflow CX based on business needs

- Engage in analysis, debugging, and troubleshooting

- Collaborate with developers across teams in an Agile/Scrum environment

- Own your deliverables from development to deployment & maintenance

Requirements :

- 5+ years of experience as a backend software developer (any language)

- Strong experience with Node.js & TypeScript

- Knowledge of Object-Oriented & Functional Programming principles

- Experience in API development & integration

- Strong focus on writing testable, high-quality code

- Fluent spoken & written English

Preferred Skills (Good to Have) :

- Knowledge of Google Cloud Services

- Experience with NLP Automation services & bots

- Experience with Google Dialogflow CX (or similar NLP platforms)
