Software Engineer - Node.js/MongoDB

Responsibilities :

- Lead development of Rentkar's Next.js App Router-based web platform with server and client components.

- Architect and optimize backend services with Node.js, Express, and MongoDB.

- Build and maintain API integrations (Razorpay, Exotel/Sensy IVR, Google Ads/Analytics, BunnyCDN).

- Manage performance optimization: Core Web Vitals (LCP/CLS/INP), caching strategies, image compression (Sharp, WebP/AVIF), and CDN routing.

- Collaborate with frontend, backend, and SEO teams to deliver scalable, production-ready features.

- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.

Requirments :

- Strong hands-on experience with Next.js (App Router, ISR/SSR, metadata, dynamic routing).

- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and Express.

- Experience with MongoDB, Mongoose, and schema design.

- Knowledge of AWS (S3 EC2 CloudWatch) and CDN integration (e. g., BunnyCDN).

- Familiarity with payment/webhook flows (Razorpay, Google Ads conversions).

- Strong debugging, optimization, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with SEO/SEM integration, JSON-LD schemas, robots.txt, and sitemap generation.

- Knowledge of cloud cost optimization and caching frameworks (Redis).
