Role Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications that improve healthcare delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and performance-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities (KRA) :

- Develop, enhance, and maintain web applications using .NET, .NET Core, Angular (v8+), JavaScript, and TypeScript.

- Collaborate with architects, product managers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features on time.

- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following industry best practices.

- Optimize application performance and ensure scalability across large user bases.

- Integrate and manage SQL Server databases efficiently.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in production environments.

- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency.

- Contribute to architectural decisions and system design improvements.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies, especially in healthcare standards like HL7 and FHIR.

- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations in healthcare applications.

Must-Have Skill Set :

- Strong hands-on experience with .NET Framework & .NET Core.

- Proficiency in ADO.NET for database operations.

- Expertise in Angular (v8+), JavaScript, and TypeScript.

- Strong experience with SQL Server for database design and query optimization.

- Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Exposure to healthcare interoperability standards like HL7 or FHIR.

- Knowledge of RESTful API design and development.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms.
