Role Description :

- Architect and build robust, scalable web applications using the MERN stack.

- Write clean, maintainable code in TypeScript/JavaScript.

- Develop intuitive, responsive UIs using Tailwind CSS, Material UI, and React hooks.

- Integrate APIs, internal microservices, and third-party platforms.

- Collaborate with designers to convert wireframes into pixel-perfect interfaces.

- Own the full development lifecycle from ideation to deployment and post-launch monitoring.

- Optimize for performance, security, and scalability.

- Participate in code reviews, tech discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Partner with Engineering, Design, QA, and Operations teams to deliver high-quality features through agile methodology.

- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews ensuring smooth execution and alignment.

- Anticipate and proactively address potential risks, blockers, or resource challenges during the delivery cycle.

- Conduct retrospective sessions to identify improvement areas and enhance cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications :

- 3 to 6 years of full-stack development experience.

- Strong command over React, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB.

- Proficient in TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

- Hands-on experience with React Hooks, React Query (or similar state/data libraries).

- Experience with Tailwind CSS, Material UI, and responsive design.

- Solid grasp of REST APIs, JSON, and async data flows.

- Understanding of database schema design and NoSQL modeling.

- Familiar with Git, version control workflows, and code collaboration tools.

- Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Proficient in Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Notion, Trello, or Miro, along with analytics tools like Mixpanel or Amplitude.

- Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and stakeholder management abilities in fast-paced environments.
