Role : Software Engineer (Java)

As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end ownership and delivery of business-critical API-driven platforms and web applications. You will design, develop, enhance, and support robust REST-based APIs and modern applications while ensuring scalability, maintainability, performance, and security.

You will serve as the technical counterpart to senior design stakeholders, ensuring that proposed user experience solutions are technically feasible, architecturally sound, and efficiently implementable. Your expertise will help bridge the gap between design vision and engineering execution.

You will drive engineering excellence by implementing development standards, ensuring code quality, managing CI/CD pipelines, and promoting secure software delivery practices across the entire development lifecycle.

You will collaborate with global teams, participate in architecture discussions, support integration activities, and contribute to strategic technology decisions that support digital transformation initiatives.

What we are looking for:

- Experience in Java, React, REST APIs development and Spring Boot

- Very good knowledge of building secure cloud native applications

- Exposure to generative and agentic AI or AI-assisted software engineering practices would be an advantage

- Ability to work independently, prioritize and organize tasks under time and workload pressure

- Advanced spoken and written English for cross-region collaboration

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and maintain high-performance REST APIs using Java and Spring Boot to ensure reliable data exchange across our service ecosystem.

- Build responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React.js to enhance customer engagement and platform usability.

- Integrate Generative AI models into existing workflows to automate manual processes and provide intelligent insights to our end users.

- Implement automated CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment cycles and improve the overall velocity of the engineering team.

- Enforce rigorous security standards across the application stack to protect sensitive client data and maintain system integrity.

- Troubleshoot and optimize production systems to minimize downtime and maximize the scalability of our cloud-based infrastructure.
