We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Tech Engineer with 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in the Java/J2EE stack, modern Spring frameworks, and database technologies, with a strong background in developing and deploying scalable web services. Experience with frontend technologies and cloud infrastructure, specifically Azure, is highly desirable. This role requires a strong problem-solver who can drive technical solutions and collaborate effectively within an agile environment.

Primary Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy highly performant and reliable applications using Java/J2EE technologies.

- Implement business logic and build robust applications utilizing Spring Framework and Spring Boot.

- Develop and integrate both SOAP and RESTful Web Services to support back-end and front-end communication.

- Manage, optimize, and write complex queries for relational databases, specifically Oracle or MsSQL.

- Collaborate with frontend developers, utilizing knowledge of React or Angular JS to ensure seamless integration and performance.

- Contribute to the continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline, leveraging knowledge of Azure DevOps tools.

- Maintain and provision application infrastructure, demonstrating understanding of Azure Infrastructure concepts.

- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and support.

- Mentor junior team members and conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

- Effectively communicate technical concepts and project progress to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Primary Skills :

- Java/J2EE : Expert-level proficiency.

- Frameworks : Spring Framework and Spring Boot (must-have expertise).

- Databases : Strong hands-on experience with Oracle or MsSQL (or both).

- Web Services : Proven experience in developing and consuming SOAP and REST protocols.

- Frontend : Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular JS.

- Soft Skills : Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and a strong ability to collaborate within a team.

Desirable Secondary Skills :

- Scripting : Experience with Shell Scripting (Bash/Ksh).

- CI/CD : Experience with CI/CD implementation using Github Pipelines.

- Security : Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles and technologies.

- Application Servers : Experience with Apache Tomcat configuration and administration.
