Roles & Responsibilities :

- Operate with a startup mindset within a high-impact InsurTech organization

- Champion engineering best practices such as TDD (Test-Driven Development) and GitOps

- Lead architecture and design discussions, and represent your team in cross-functional architecture decisions

- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering Leadership to define and deliver quarterly and annual goals

- Develop and deploy scalable, cloud-native software systems

- Design, build, and manage cloud infrastructure using AWS, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

- Apply Machine Learning and Generative AI techniques to enhance user experience

- Promote continuous learning via pair programming and knowledge sharing

Required Skills :

- A startup/entrepreneurial mindset and proven technical leadership

- Collaborative, innovative, and committed to team success

- 5+ years experience as a Software Developer or System Engineer

- Strong programming skills in Java, Go, Python, or any high-level programming language

- Solid hands-on experience with:

- Public cloud (preferably AWS)

- Kubernetes & containerization

- CI/CD pipelines

- DevOps practices

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
