Software Engineer - IBM BPM

Description :

- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end IBM BPM solutions using BPM 8.6 framework.

- Create and optimize complex process applications including BPDs, CSHS, and integration services.

- Integrate REST APIs and external systems such as Oracle RDBMS and ODM into BPM workflows.

- Handle exception management at both process and service levels.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure agile development, testing, and deployment.

- Maintain high-quality documentation, adhere to security and coding standards, and participate in unit testing.

Required Technical Skills :

- IBM BPM 8.6 (UI Framework, BPD Design, CSHS, Integration Services)

- Oracle RDBMS integration with IBM BPM

- ODM (Operational Decision Manager) and BPM integration

- REST API consumption and management

- Event & Gateway handling in BPM processes

- Agile methodology and DevOps familiarity

Functional Skills :

- Strong experience in Banking / Financial / Fintech environments.

- Proven track record of delivering enterprise-level BPM solutions.

- Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.

- Commitment to code quality, security, and testing best practices.

Mandatory Criteria (Profiles not meeting these will be rejected) :

- Hands-on experience with BPM 8.6 version (not older).

- Must have worked on end-to-end BPM process design and deployment.

- Strong REST API integration experience.

- Must have domain exposure to Banking/Finance/Fintech.
