Job Title : Software Engineering - ColdFusion Developer

Experience : 5 to 7 years

Location : Trivandrum preferred , Bengaluru, Kochi, Pune, Chennai, Coimbatore (No Hyderabad)

immediately - to a week only - joining time

Work Shift : 02:00 PM 11:00 PM IST (Evening Shift)

Work Mode : Hybrid role - 3 days in office and 2 days at home

Job Summary :

- Design, develop, refactor, test, and deploy applications using ColdFusion.

- Lead efforts to retire legacy ColdFusion applications and assist in the migration to .NET technologies.

- Work with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or similar to build and optimize backend systems.

- Administer and manage the ColdFusion Server Console for application performance and troubleshooting.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver software requirements.

- Prepare and maintain documentation for application code and architecture.

- Manage assigned tasks efficiently and prioritize work independently.

- Deliver high-quality solutions in a shift-based work environment (2 PM 11 PM IST).

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with ColdFusion development.

- Strong expertise in SQL and experience working with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.).

- Experience with .NET technologies and involvement in legacy system migration projects.

- Demonstrated ability to work independently and learn on the job.

- Proficiency in administering ColdFusion Server Console.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

- Ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver results under tight timelines.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with cloud environments or DevOps tools is a plus.

- Exposure to front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is desirable.

- Prior experience working in a global delivery model or distributed teams is an advantage.
