Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and optimize scalable backend services using Python.

- Build highly available, fault-tolerant, and performance-driven distributed systems.

- Optimize application performance, resource utilization, and system scalability.

- Develop solutions to handle high concurrency and large-scale data processing.

- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Design and manage backend data storage using Redis, PostgreSQL, and ClickHouse.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices.

- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production monitoring.

- Improve CI/CD pipelines and contribute to automation and operational excellence.

Required Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Python backend development.

- Solid understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and System Design.

- Experience building scalable, distributed backend systems.

- Hands-on experience with Redis, PostgreSQL, and ClickHouse.

- Knowledge of concurrency, multithreading, asynchronous programming, and performance optimization.

- Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices architecture, and backend design patterns.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and modern software development practices.

- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
