Role Overview :

We are looking for a Backend Engineer with 2 - 4 years of experience in backend development and platform engineering. The ideal candidate should have strong programming expertise in Golang (Go), Kafka, Redis, and MySQL, along with hands-on experience in AWS and Kubernetes.

The role involves developing scalable backend systems, managing cloud infrastructure, optimizing platform performance, and contributing to reliable deployment and traffic management solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and automation solutions using Go.

- Build and manage event-driven systems using Kafka.

- Work with Redis and MySQL for caching, data management, and database optimization.

- Maintain and scale cloud infrastructure on AWS and Kubernetes.

- Manage traffic routing, deployment strategies, and infrastructure integration.

- Improve platform reliability, scalability, performance, and availability.

- Collaborate with platform engineering teams on service scaling and infrastructure enhancements.

- Contribute to networking, monitoring, and Application Performance Monitoring (APM) initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in backend development or platform engineering.

- Strong hands-on programming experience in Golang (Go).

- Good working knowledge of Kafka, Redis, and MySQL.

- Practical experience with AWS cloud services and Kubernetes.

- Understanding of cloud networking concepts, particularly AWS networking.

- Experience in backend-heavy development environments.

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
