- Conduct feasibility analysis to determine automation opportunities and recommend appropriate automation strategies.

- Understand end-to-end business processes and collaborate with different teams to gather detailed requirements.

- Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop, Power Apps, and Dataverse.

- Automate processes across web applications, SAP systems, and Mainframe environments using Power Automate Desktop.

- Develop error handling and exception management mechanisms for all automation solutions.

- Manage and prioritize multiple automation projects simultaneously.

- Build and customize Canvas Power Apps to enhance automation workflows.

- Work with AI Builder and Co-pilot (PVA) to incorporate AI/ML capabilities into automation solutions (good to have).

- Utilize scripting and coding skills, including VBA and Python, to extend automation capabilities.

- Maintain documentation and provide support for automation solutions.

Required Qualifications :

- 4+ years of experience in Robotics Process Automation (RPA) and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop, Power Apps, Dataverse).

- Hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere.

- Strong coding knowledge in at least one programming language.

- Experience with web automation, SAP automation, and Mainframe automation using Power Automate Desktop.

- Solid understanding of error handling and exception management in automation workflows.

- Ability to work effectively on multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines.

Good to Have :

- Experience with VBA scripting and Python coding.

- Experience with AI Builder and Microsoft Co-pilot (PVA).

- Microsoft certifications on Power Platform such as PL-400 (Power Platform Developer) and PL-500 (Power Platform Solution Architect).

- Familiarity with ML Ops and Gen AI concepts applied to automation.
