Job Description :

We are looking for a strong Software Engineer to build and scale a high-performance algorithmic trading platform focused on real-time market data, strategy execution, order management, risk systems and scalable trading infrastructure.

What You'll Work On :

- Historical and real-time market-data processing.

- High-throughput and scalable event-processing systems.

- Order simulation, live execution and order management.

- Real-time user and portfolio risk monitoring, management and analytics.

- Broker and exchange integrations.

- Backtesting and simulation infrastructure.

- Design and development of reliable, performance-sensitive backend systems.

- Manage and mentor the engineering team, ensuring effective execution and delivery.

Requirements :

- 3 - 6 years of professional software engineering experience.

- Strong proficiency in Python with solid software architecture and system-design skills.

- Experience building production backend, real-time or data-intensive systems.

- Understanding of asynchronous programming, event-driven architecture or distributed systems.

- Strong knowledge of APIs, databases and messaging/streaming systems.

- Comfortable working with Linux and debugging complex systems.

- Strong problem-solving, ownership and communication skills.

- Rust or another systems programming language is a strong plus.

Preferred Technologies :

- Python, Rust, Redis, Pub/Sub, Flink, WebSockets, Docker, Linux, Google Cloud, event-driven systems and distributed systems.

Trading Experience - Plus :

- Experience in algorithmic trading, FinTech, market-data platforms, broker/exchange integrations, backtesting, execution or risk systems is advantageous.

- Experience with NautilusTrader, QuantConnect/LEAN, Backtrader, Zipline or similar platforms is a plus.
