We are seeking an experienced Custom Software Engineer with strong expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) to design, develop, and enhance custom software solutions across business systems and applications. The role involves leveraging modern frameworks, agile practices, and AEP capabilities to deliver scalable, high-performing, and tailored digital solutions.

As part of this position, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, architect innovative application components, and ensure alignment with key business processes and objectives. You will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and guide team members while ensuring the delivery of superior digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).

- Lead and collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality, scalable application solutions.

- Drive decision-making within the team and contribute to strategic decisions across multiple teams.

- Design, build, and configure applications aligned with business processes and functional requirements.

- Develop and enhance custom software components using modern frameworks and agile methodologies.

- Provide robust solutions to technical challenges, ensuring performance, reliability, and maintainability.

- Engage with stakeholders to capture requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and implement effective solutions.

- Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to upskill team members and improve team capabilities.

- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of application features and enhancements.

- Support ongoing application maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization efforts.

Professional & Technical Skills :

Must Have Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) with a minimum of 7.5 years of hands-on experience.

- Solid understanding of application development methodologies and best practices.

- Expertise in custom software development, including design, coding, and enhancement of application components.

Good to Have Skills :

- Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and analytics tools.

- Experience with API integrations, data flows, and data management practices.

- Familiarity with user experience (UX) design principles and front-end best practices.
