Key technical skills :

- Collaborate with architects and product managers to design scalable, maintainable, and high-performance software systems.

- Break down complex business requirements into technical specifications and design documents.

- Apply design patterns and architectural best practices to ensure code quality and system integrity.

- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in core programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, JavaScript).

- Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and/or frontend components.

- Ensure the code adheres to security, performance, and scalability standards.

- Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code reliability.

- Participate in test-driven development (TDD) and continuous integration practices.

- Collaborate with QA teams to identify and resolve bugs and performance issues.

- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Provide constructive feedback and mentor junior developers.

- Share knowledge through documentation, pair programming, and technical sessions.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, QA, and DevOps.

- Estimate effort and contribute to sprint goals and delivery timelines.

- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.

- Monitor application of health and performance in production environments.

- Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure smooth releases and rollback strategies.

- Maintain up-to-date technical documentation for systems and APIs.

- Contribute to internal wikis, playbooks, and onboarding materials.

- Lead or participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and tech talks.

Qualifications : Be in IT or equivalent

Additional Information :

- 1-5 years of experience in API Development with Python or Java
