About the Role :

We are hiring a Software Development Lead with expertise in Oracle Agile PLM to lead the development and configuration of enterprise-grade software systems. You will be responsible for driving the full product lifecycle, collaborating across teams, mentoring junior members, and making key technical and team decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Oracle Agile PLM.

- Lead and mentor a high-performing software development team.

- Make informed, strategic technical and team decisions.

- Collaborate with multiple teams to drive shared success.

- Provide robust solutions to complex cross-functional problems.

- Oversee timely delivery of quality software projects.

- Identify and mitigate project risks.

- Support the configuration and enhancement of PLM software systems.

Must-Have Skills :

- 5+ years of experience in Oracle Agile PLM.

- Strong foundation in software development methodologies.

- Experience in developing and configuring software systems.

- Proficient in version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN).

- Solid understanding of technologies, tools, and frameworks used in enterprise development.

- Leadership skills and experience mentoring junior developers.

Good-to-Have :

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.

- Exposure to PLM integrations, automation, or digital transformation.
