We are hiring a Software Development Lead for a B2B Receivable Discounting / Trade Finance platform. You will lead engineering teams, drive Agile delivery, and build scalable, secure fintech products while staying hands-on with architecture and technical decision-making. Experience in Finance, Banking, Supply Chain Finance, Investment, Insurance, or Fintech is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end development of scalable fintech platforms

- Drive Agile/Scrum delivery, sprint planning, and release management

- Own technical architecture and key modules of core products

- Collaborate with Product, Business, Sales, and Operations teams

- Ensure high standards of code quality, security, performance, and reliability

- Mentor engineers and build high-performing development teams

- Define and execute short- and long-term technical roadmaps

- Evaluate and introduce new technologies aligned with business goals

Technical Skills (Must-Have) :

- Strong prior hands-on development experience

- Java with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture

- Design and development of RESTful APIs

- Experience with relational & NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)

- Strong understanding of system design & scalable architectures

- Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies

- Proficiency with Git / version control systems

Technical Skills (Good-to-Have) :

- Cloud platforms : AWS / Azure / GCP

- Docker, Kubernetes

- CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)

- Kafka / RabbitMQ or other messaging systems

- API security : OAuth, JWT, SSO

- Experience in Finance, Banking, Supply Chain Finance, Investment, Insurance, or Fintech systems

Leadership & Soft Skills :

Education :

- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science / IT
