You need to be a HODLer of these :

Experience : 8-11 years of experience in software testing and automation, with 4-5 years specifically as an SDET.

- Technical Expertise : Advanced proficiency in Java, with hands-on experience in Rest Assured for API testing and Appium for mobile test automation.

- Proven Record of Improvement : A demonstrated track record of improving testing processes, increasing automation efficiencies, and driving continuous quality improvements.

- Problem-Solving Skills : Strong ability to tackle complex automation problems, design innovative solutions, and work independently to solve technical challenges.

- Leadership Qualities : Ability to lead by example, mentor junior team members, and foster a collaborative team environment.

- Adaptability : Experience working in fast-paced environments, particularly in product-based companies, and the ability to adapt to changing technologies and project demands.

You will be mining through these tasks :

- Design & Develop Automation Frameworks : You will design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks using Java, Rest Assured, and Appium, covering API, web, and mobile applications.

- Drive Quality Initiatives : Lead initiatives to enhance overall testing and automation efficiency across teams, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions.

- Mentor & Lead : Mentor junior SDETs, helping them to grow and contribute to building a high-performing test automation team.

- Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Work closely with developers and product teams to create test plans, ensure seamless test automation integration into CI/CD pipelines, and deliver high-quality products.

- Ensure Regression & Sanity Testing : Take ownership of the automation testing suite to ensure that regression and sanity testing are thorough, comprehensive, and run with minimal manual intervention.

- Measure & Improve : Track and analyze automation coverage and test results, identifying opportunities to improve test speed, accuracy, and scalability.
