Key Responsibilities :

- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Python development.

- Collaborate and manage teams to ensure successful delivery.

- Take responsibility for team-level and cross-team technical decisions.

- Provide solutions to complex problems, both within and across teams.

- Mentor and guide junior engineers, sharing best practices and technical knowledge.

- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes for efficiency and quality.

Skills & Qualifications :

Must-have Skills :

- Proficiency in Python programming (minimum 7.5 years).

- Strong understanding of software development methodologies.

- Hands-on experience with version control systems (Git).

- Familiarity with testing frameworks and methodologies.

- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.

Education :

- 15 years of full-time education (BE/B.Tech/MCA or equivalent).
