Roles & Responsibilities :

- Innovate & Code : Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions using modern technologies.

- Problem Solving : Tackle complex challenges by transforming requirements into efficient, maintainable code.

- Build & Integrate : Convert raw ideas into functional applications by integrating various systems and APIs.

- Set the Standard : Define and communicate coding standards and best practices through regular code reviews.

- Quality & Optimization : Debug, test, and optimize code to ensure high performance and reliability.

Desired Skills and Experience :

Required :

- Minimum 1+ years of hands-on software development experience.

- Proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Java, Python, or JavaScript).

- A strong foundation in data structures and algorithms-candidates who have independently practiced (ideally 300+ DSA problems solved) are highly preferred.

- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

- Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.

- Stellar communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred :

- A background in Engineering or Science. (Candidates from other disciplines with demonstrated coding skills and extensive DSA practice will also be considered.)
