As an SE3 you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining critical systems. You will be responsible for building scalable, production-grade applications, mentoring junior engineers, and providing them with technical guidance.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Python or Java.

- Proven track record of designing and building scalable, production-grade applications.

- Deep understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and architectural best practices.

- Experience with cloud platforms and CI/CD tools.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate others.
