Job Title : Software Development Engineer (Java)

Experience : 3- 6 Years

Location : Bangalore (5 Days WFO)

About the Role :

We are seeking a passionate Software Development Engineer with strong expertise in Core Java and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for requirement gathering, system design, and coding high-quality applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with product managers and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using Core Java.

- Implement DSA (Data Structures & Algorithms) knowledge to build optimized and scalable systems.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in production and development environments.

- Participate in code reviews, requirement analysis, and system architecture discussions.

- Ensure software quality through unit testing and integration testing.

Key Skills & Qualifications :

- 3- 4 years of hands-on experience in Core Java development.

- Strong understanding of OOP concepts, multithreading, collections, and exception handling.

- Proficiency in DSA (Data Structures & Algorithms) and problem-solving.

- Experience in requirement gathering and converting business needs into technical specifications.

- Exposure to RESTful APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and system design concepts is a plus.

- Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.

Good to Have (Optional) :

- Experience with Spring / Spring Boot / Hibernate frameworks.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
