- Back-end Development : Work with the core Java stack (Spring Boot, Hibernate) to develop, maintain, and improve the SaaS platform supporting physiotherapists and their patients.

- System Architecture & Design : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable, high-performance, and secure back-end systems for new features and product enhancements.

- API Development : Design and implement RESTful APIs to facilitate integration with front-end and third-party services.

- Database Design & Management : Work with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) to design efficient data models and optimize queries for performance.

- Code Quality & Best Practices : Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Follow best practices such as unit testing, code reviews, and continuous integration.

- Collaboration & Communication : Collaborate with product managers, front-end developers, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software. Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

- Innovation & Problem Solving : Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends in Java development, health tech, and SaaS platforms. Bring creative solutions to complex challenges in product development.

Skills & Qualifications :

Core Skills :

- 5- 7 years of hands-on experience in Java development, particularly with Spring Boot, Hibernate, and REST APIs.

- Strong knowledge of object-oriented design principles, data structures, and algorithms.

- Experience with building and maintaining scalable, distributed systems.

- Proficiency in working with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL), SQL optimization, and query performance tuning.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (e.g., Git).

- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker).

- Knowledge of microservices architecture and related technologies (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, Kubernetes) is a plus.

- Familiarity with health tech or SaaS products is a strong advantage.
