Job Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities :

- Customize and enhance IBM Sterling OMS (Omni-channel Order Management) solutions, including Call Center and Store UI components.

- Work on cloud migration projects involving Sterling OMS.

- Develop and maintain integrations using Java, REST APIs, XML, and JSON.

- Design and implement microservices, ensuring secure exposure across platforms.

- Follow Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices and perform unit testing.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of scalable OMS solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in existing OMS implementations.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Proven experience with IBM Sterling OMS and Omni-channel solutions.

- Strong development skills in Java, REST APIs, XML, JSON.

- Proficiency in customizing Sterling OMS Call Center and Store UIs.

- Good understanding of microservices architecture and secure API integrations.

- Experience with cloud migration of Sterling OMS (IBM Cloud, AWS, or similar).

- Familiarity with TDD and unit testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Mockito).
