Software Development Engineer I - Node.js/Django

Description : You will work closely with senior engineers to build new features, improve existing systems, and participate in brainstorming future product innovations.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Contribute to the end-to-end development of backend features and applications.

- Write clean, testable, and scalable code under guidance from senior engineers.

- Understand feature requirements and assist in designing basic architecture components.

- Participate in code reviews and follow engineering best practices.

- Collaborate with the team on feature discussions and task prioritization.

- Work with databases to implement data models and queries.

- Assist in integrating APIs and third-party services.

- Troubleshoot bugs and perform initial-level debugging and optimization.

- Maintain proper documentation for modules, APIs, and workflows.

Key Skills :

- Strong understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms.

- Basic knowledge of design patterns and backend principles.

- Experience with at least one backend framework (Node.js / Django / Flask).

- Familiarity with service-oriented architecture concepts.

- Understanding of relational or NoSQL databases and schema design.

- Good problem-solving and debugging skills.

Bonus :

- CI/CD basics, DevOps exposure, startup/project experience.
