- Design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance software systems and services that power core product features.

- Develop and integrate backend APIs, microservices, and data pipelines that support business-critical applications.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and data teams to translate requirements into robust engineering solutions.

- Actively contribute to the adoption of Agentic AI workflows building, orchestrating, and integrating AI agents into existing and new product surfaces.

- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code while upholding engineering best practices including code reviews and CI/CD standards.

- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to system design decisions across the stack.

- Debug, optimize, and improve the reliability and performance of existing systems.

- Stay current with the evolving landscape of AI tooling, agent frameworks, and LLM-based development practices.

Desired Skills and Experience :

- 2- 5 years of hands-on software development experience in a professional or project-based setting.

- Proficiency in one or more languages such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Go.

- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles.

- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and working with relational or NoSQL databases.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.

- Working knowledge of version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and agile development workflows.

- Genuine curiosity and willingness to learn and work with Agentic AI including LLM APIs, tool-use patterns, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar).

- Strong problem-solving ability and a product-minded approach to engineering.

- Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.

Hiring Process :

- Shortlisted candidates will be sent a take-home technical assessment covering core SDE competencies and an optional Agentic AI problem.

- Subsequent interview rounds will include a technical deep-dive, system design discussion, and a culture-fit conversation tailored based on assessment performance.
