Software Development Engineer

Job Title : Software Development Engineer III (SDE2 & SDE-3)

Location : Gurgaon (On-site)

Experience : 3-7 Years

About the Role :

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure applications.

- Lead end-to-end ownership of projects, from architecture to deployment.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

- Mentor and guide junior engineers to foster a culture of technical growth.

- Participate in code reviews, system design discussions, and optimization efforts.

- Ensure best practices in coding standards, architecture, and system performance.

Requirements :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development.

- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Python, Golang, Node.js, Microservices, MySQL (or equivalent modern stack).

- Solid understanding of system design, data structures, and algorithms.

- Experience in designing scalable and distributed systems.

- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
