Software Developer - Ruby Programming

Key Requirements and Responsibilities :

- 6+ years of professional experience in Ruby on Rails development.

- Strong understanding of MVC, OOP, and RESTful API design.

- Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar relational databases.

- Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern JS frameworks like React, Vue.js, or StimulusJS.

- Familiarity with background job processing using Sidekiq, Resque, or similar.

- Experience with RSpec, Capybara, or similar testing frameworks.

- Hands-on experience with version control systems, especially Git.

- Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Heroku) is a plus.

- Strong debugging, performance tuning, and optimization skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with microservices architecture.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, CircleCI, or GitHub Actions.

- Prior experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.

- Contribution to open-source projects or active GitHub profile is a plus.

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
