Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, enhance, and maintain web applications using PHP, MySQL/MSSQL, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS.

- Build secure and scalable REST APIs in PHP.

- Customize and implement features on SugarCRM, SuiteCRM, or Vtiger platforms (minimum 1 year hands-on experience).

- Work with modern PHP frameworks such as Laravel, CodeIgniter, or CakePHP to build modular and maintainable applications.

- Design and implement user interface solutions for web applications.

- Collaborate with UI/UX teams to translate designs into functional interfaces.

- Integrate applications with external systems through REST APIs.

- Ensure proper implementation of request/response handling, data flow, and API security.

- Evaluate and integrate open-source tools and applications to enhance system capabilities.

- Work with JavaScript frameworks like Angular, React.js, or Node.js to support full-stack development requirements.

- Implement CI/CD pipelines to ensure automated testing, deployment, and code quality.

- Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.

- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis.

- Follow development best practices, coding standards, and documentation requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5- 8 years of experience in PHP development.

- Strong skills in MySQL/MSSQL, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS.

- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in SugarCRM, SuiteCRM, or Vtiger.

- Proficiency in PHP frameworks such as Laravel, CodeIgniter, or CakePHP.

- Experience building and securing REST APIs.

- Understanding of the document request model, API integrations, and application data flows.

- Familiarity with front-end frameworks like Angular/React.js or backend JavaScript runtime Node.js.

- Experience with CI/CD tools and automated deployment pipelines.

- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have) :

- Knowledge of Linux environments, Git version control, and DevOps practices.

- Experience in Agile methodologies and sprint-based development.

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
