About the Role :

Creanovation Technologies is seeking a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in Laravel 10.x and Core PHP. You'll take ownership of full-cycle software development-from planning to deployment-while mentoring junior developers and delivering scalable, high-performance web applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and execute the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

- Develop, test, and deploy robust web applications using Laravel 10.x and PHP

- Write clean, modular, and well-documented code

- Analyze requirements, create technical documentation, and build logical flows

- Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain existing Laravel systems

- Optimize application performance and scalability

- Guide and mentor junior developers

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and QA, to deliver high-quality releases

Required Skills :

- Proven experience with Laravel 10.x, Core PHP, and Eloquent ORM

- Strong understanding of OOP, MVC architecture, and Laravel internals

- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, jQuery

- Hands-on experience with Vue.js, React.js, or Node.js

- Familiarity with Git/GitHub and agile development workflows

- Experience with CRM platforms or open-source Laravel tools
