Software Developer - Java Technologies

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications as per specifications.

- Work with Java/J2EE technologies including Spring, JSP, Servlets, Hibernate, Core Java, JQuery, and RDBMS (Oracle preferred).

- Collaborate with business analysts, designers, and other developers to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.

- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

- Debug and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

- Support deployment activities and ensure smooth delivery of projects.

- Interact with customers/clients as needed to understand requirements and provide updates.

- Stay updated with emerging tools, frameworks, and technologies to continuously improve skills.

Primary (Essential) Technical Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in Java/J2EE, Spring, JSP, Servlets, Hibernate, JQuery, Core Java.

- Good knowledge of at least one RDBMS (Oracle preferred).

- Ability to develop robust and scalable applications.

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
