Job Title : Senior Full Stack Developer (Front-End Focus)

Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Front-End technologies (70%) and solid experience in Server-Side development (30%). The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of independently owning and delivering complex software components. This role requires extensive hands-on experience with Angular 2+, AngularJS, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Java, Spring, XML/XSLT, and familiarity with AWS cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop scalable, high-quality web applications by adhering to industry best practices, coding standards, design patterns, and efficient deployment strategies.

- Quickly prototype and validate new technology solutions and UI concepts.

- Own the end-to-end development of assigned software modules with minimal supervision.

- Collaborate closely with architects, technical leads, and cross-functional teams to deliver robust and efficient solutions.

- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for system design, development workflows, testing strategies, and deployment processes.

- Contribute to performance improvements, code reviews, and overall system optimization.

- Build responsive, cross-browser compatible, and mobile-friendly web interfaces.

- Develop accessible web applications in compliance with WCAG 2.0 / WAI-ARIA guidelines.

- Write and maintain unit tests for Java, JavaScript, and functional programming components.

- Work with AWS Cloud services and DevOps practices to support deployment, monitoring, and automation.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8+ years of experience as a Full Stack Application Developer (70% Client-side, 30% Server-side).

- 4+ years of strong front-end development experience with :

1. HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery

2. CSS3, responsive design, and web media technologies

3. Cross-browser and cross-device compatibility

- Expert-level proficiency in Angular 2+ and TypeScript.

- 2+ years of hands-on experience with AngularJS.

- 2+ years of backend development experience using Java and Spring framework.

- Strong expertise with XML/XSLT or similar data transformation technologies.

- Experience developing web components and implementing modern UI/UX principles.

- Experience writing unit tests for JavaScript, Java, and functional modules is an advantage.

- Exposure to AWS cloud technologies and DevOps practices is a strong plus.

- Experience building accessible web applications meeting WCAG 2.0 / WAI-ARIA standards is highly desirable.
