Software Developer - C++ Programming

Job Description :

- Your job will be to debug and maintain current code base, develop test software and develop automatic processes for release maintenance.

- You must be resourceful and able to overcome new challenges using insightful design and engineering skills.

- Your Duties Develop test software and procedures Support and enhance existing software Generate complete and accurate user and design documentation

- Provide task breakdowns and accurate estimates for project planning Review and validation of software releases

- Maintain the build system and machines used for development and testing Test, deploy and maintain applications and systems Revise, update, refactor and debug existing code

- Work with support to solve customers issues

- Skills C++ programming in Windows using Microsoft Visual Studio.

- Windows C#, Apache2 Ubuntu Default Page: It works and .NET programming

- Thorough knowledge of Windows OSes (Server, Win10-11) and Tools IVR and Voice Processing solutions Telephony, SIP VoIP communications, networking protocols Technical problem solving

- Knowledge of software engineering processes and standards Familiarity with Windows install software

- Able to work independently, self-starter Education/Experience 4+ years of experience using Microsoft C++ Experience with telephony technologies (SIP)

- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) with minimum 5 years experience.

- Experience in the following is an asset :

- Programing C++ using MFC and ATL, COM, Visual Studio extensions Programming C++ using open-source libraries :

- Boost, Log4cplus, Sofia SIP, ZeroMQ, YAMI ASR/TTS MRCP Dialogic HMP FreeSWITCH and Asterisk Using Linux OS (CentOS, Unbuntu, Debian) Software management tools (git, TortoiseGit).

- Software defect tracking tools (TRAC, JIRA). Software debugging tools (WinDbg). Test methodologies.
