Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Developer to join our dynamic team as a Delivery Project Lead. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Microsoft Technologies, particularly in .NET C#. This role involves leading software development projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of software solutions using .NET C# and related Microsoft technologies.

- Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Oversee the software development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.

- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers to enhance their skills and knowledge.

- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

- Identify and mitigate risks associated with software development projects.

- Work closely with QA teams to ensure thorough testing and validation of software products.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team.

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Technologies, specifically .NET C#.

- Experience with ASP.NET, MVC, and Web API development.

- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.

- Familiarity with SQL Server and database design.

- Proficient in version control systems, preferably Git.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly Azure.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

- Experience in DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications in Microsoft technologies or software development are a plus.
