Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced VisionPLUS Developer with strong technical and functional expertise in the VisionPLUS suite, particularly in modules such as CMS, FAS, and Flex. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, configuring, and supporting card management and payment processing solutions within VisionPLUS.

This position requires a deep understanding of VisionPLUS architecture, card and payments domain, and the ability to work effectively as an individual contributor or as part of a cross-functional delivery team.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, configure, and enhance VisionPLUS components to meet business and system requirements.

- Work on VisionPLUS modules such as CMS (Card Management System), FAS (Financial Authorization System), MBS, ASM, CTA, CDM, WSS/SSC, or Flex, depending on project requirements.

- Analyze, design, and implement new functionalities or system changes based on business specifications.

- Develop and maintain Technical Design Documents (TDD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and High-Level Design (HLD) independently.

- Provide technical and functional support for VisionPLUS applications, including defect analysis, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirement analysis, impact assessment, design, coding, testing, and implementation.

- Develop and execute test cases and create VisionPLUS test data for Unit Testing, Integration Testing (IT), and System Integration Testing (SIT).

- Support SIT/UAT teams during testing cycles, assist with defect analysis, and participate in defect triage/review meetings.

- Work closely with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to ensure solution accuracy and alignment with business goals.

- Prepare and review Integration Test Plans and perform module configuration for integration testing independently.

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, design principles, and compliance requirements.

- Contribute to technical reviews, peer code reviews, and ensure quality deliverables.

- Support production deployments, post-implementation validation, and incident management.

Mandatory Technical Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in VisionPLUS application development and configuration.

- Proficiency in at least one key VisionPLUS module such as :

1. CMS (Card Management System)

2. FAS (Financial Authorization System)

3. MBS, ASM, CTA, CDM, WSS/SSC, Flex (added advantage)

- In-depth understanding of VisionPLUS architecture, including :

1. Batch (V+ Batch) and Online architecture

2. Functional architecture

3. Parameter setup and configurations

- Proficiency in COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, and VSAM (for mainframe-based VisionPLUS environments).

- Experience in technical design, code customization, parameter configuration, and system integration.

- Strong exposure to cards and payments domain, including credit/debit card lifecycle, transaction processing, settlement, and payment gateways.

Additional/Desirable Skills :

- Exposure to VisionPLUS interfaces, message formats (ISO 8583), and external authorization systems.

- Working knowledge of API integration, batch job scheduling, and automated testing tools for VisionPLUS.

- Familiarity with incident and change management processes using tools like JIRA, ServiceNow, or similar.

- Good understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, and Release management).

- Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues.
