About the Role :
Client seeking a UKG Dell Boomi Developer with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and supporting integration solutions using Boomi AtomSphere. The role requires strong expertise in HR/Payroll integrations (UKG Pro/Dimensions), API management, and handling diverse integration use cases across enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations using Boomi AtomSphere.
- Build and support HR/Payroll integrations leveraging UKG Pro/Dimensions APIs.
- Manage APIs using Dell Boomi API Management, API Gateway, and Developer Portal.
- Deliver integration use cases across migration, EDI, Data Quality, MDM, and Data Transformation.
- Develop and integrate REST/SOAP web services and APIs into workflows.
- Work with XML, JSON, SQL, and flat files using JavaScript/Java.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to deliver scalable integration solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, performing root cause analysis.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, data models, and governance standards.
- Ensure compliance and secure handling of sensitive HR/Payroll data.
Primary Skills (Must Have) :
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Boomi AtomSphere (design, development, implementation, support).
- Expertise in UKG Pro/Dimensions APIs and HR/Payroll integrations.
- Strong experience in Dell Boomi API Management, API Gateway, and Developer Portal.
- Proficiency in REST/SOAP web services, APIs, XML/JSON, SQL.
- Solid background in API design, development, and integration.
Secondary Skills (Good to Have) :
- Exposure to Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Scripting knowledge (Groovy, JavaScript, Python).
- Experience with enterprise applications such as SAP, Oracle JDE, Salesforce, NetSuite, Shopify.
- Familiarity with data migration, EDI, Data Quality, and MDM.
- Understanding of HR/Payroll compliance and domain processes.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 4 to 6 years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in Boomi-based integration development.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
