Responsibilities :

- In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies, including SAFe and Scrum, supported by relevant certifications.

- Skilled in running Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives) and proficient in Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

- Experienced in handling IT Service Owner activities, either as a service owner or in close collaboration with ownership functions.

- Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively across teams.

- Strong in deadline management, with the ability to identify risks early and propose effective mitigation plans.

- A true team playerapproachable, receptive to feedback, and focused on collaboration.

- Exhibits strong leadership and management qualities, capable of motivating and leading teams by example.

- Proven ability to lead and align cross-functional teams toward common objectives.

- Adept at prioritizing work effectively and delivering within agreed service levels in a dynamic and fast-changing environment.

- Exercises sound judgment and decision-making, with the ability to clearly present the rationale behind actions and strategies.

- Possesses excellent organizational awareness and experience in working with third-party vendors (an added advantage).

Certifications (Must Have) :

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Hands-on experience required

- SAFe Agile Certification Hands-on experience required

Banking and Finance : Preferred / Good to Have
