We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with 7+ years of experience to lead Agile delivery teams and ensure successful implementation of Scrum practices. The ideal candidate will act as a servant leader, coach, and facilitator, enabling teams to deliver high-quality outcomes while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, ensuring they are effective and time-boxed.

- Coach the Scrum Team on Scrum principles, Agile best practices, self-organization, and continuous improvement.

- Actively identify, track, and remove impediments and blockers that hinder team progress, escalating issues when necessary.

- Shield the team from external interruptions and distractions, allowing them to focus on sprint goals and commitments.

- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between the Development Team, Product Owner, and key stakeholders.

- Support the Product Owner in backlog grooming, prioritization, and value delivery.

- Promote transparency, inspection, and adaptation across all Agile processes.

- Ensure proper project planning, scope control, schedule tracking, and change management.

- Monitor team performance using Agile metrics and help improve velocity and predictability.

- Encourage a safe, collaborative, and high-performing team environment.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives at both team and organizational levels.

- Ensure alignment between business goals, benefits realization, and delivery outcomes.

- Guide teams in adopting Agile maturity and cross-functional collaboration.

Desired Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master) is preferred.

- Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.

- Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

Preferred Experience :

- Experience in enterprise-scale Agile environments.

- Exposure to Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.

- Strong understanding of project governance and reporting.
