Position Title : Power Apps Developer

Experience : 6+ Years

Location : Remote (Work From Home)

Key Responsibilities :

Power Platform Development :

- Design and develop Power Apps Canvas applications to automate high-complexity business workflows.

- Create and maintain Power Automate cloud flows to handle process automation and task orchestration.

- Use Dataverse for data storage and management within the Power Platform ecosystem.

- Develop basic to intermediate Power BI dashboards to visualize and display integrated data.

System Integration & Data Handling :

- Analyze and gather requirements for master data integration between Line-of-Business (LOB) systems.

- Integrate Power Platform with external systems using standard connectors or custom connectors when required.

- Ensure reliable and secure data flow between applications, APIs, and services.

DevOps & Lifecycle Management :

- Manage the end-to-end application lifecycle using Power Platform Pipelines and Managed Environments.

- Follow internal DevOps practices, version control, and release management to maintain and deploy assets efficiently.

- Ensure development adheres to SOX compliance and other internal controls.

Testing, Documentation, & Support :

- Prepare technical and functional documentation, including testing plans, user guides, and deployment manuals.

- Support unit testing, UAT, and hypercare post-deployment.

- Provide end-user support for developed applications, dashboards, and automation flows.

- Monitor deployed solutions and handle incidents or enhancement requests in a timely manner.

Required Skillset :

Core Technical Skills :

- Power Apps Canvas App Development Advanced

- Complex screen design, custom controls, role-based access, offline capability, responsive layouts, etc.

- Dataverse Development and Security Intermediate

- Entity relationships, business rules, security roles, and permission management.

- Power Automate Cloud Flows Intermediate

- Multi-step workflows, error handling, scheduled and event-driven flows.

- Power BI Development Basic to Intermediate

- Connectors, DAX basics, data transformation using Power Query, report publishing.

- Integration Skills :

- Experience using out-of-the-box connectors to integrate with :

- Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint, Outlook, Excel)

- Non-Microsoft platforms (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow)

- Familiarity with custom connectors is a plus.

DevOps and Governance :

- Experience working with Power Platform Pipelines and Managed Environments.

- Understanding of ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) within Power Platform.

- Working knowledge of source control (e.g., GitHub, Azure Repos) and CI/CD integration.

Nice to Have (Optional) :

- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-100, PL-400, PL-900).

- Experience with Power Apps Component Framework (PCF).

- Experience in Agile/Scrum project environments.

- Familiarity with Azure services, Logic Apps, or Azure Functions for advanced integrations.
