About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Senior Node.js / TypeScript Developer to build scalable healthcare IT applications. You will work on EHR/EMR, claims, patient data systems, and API integrations while ensuring compliance with healthcare standards like HIPAA, HL7, and FHIR.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop backend services and APIs using Node.js & TypeScript.

- Design data models with MongoDB, Redis, and SQL databases.

- Optimize for high performance and low latency.

- Support CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments (Azure/AWS/GCP).

- Ensure compliance with HIPAA/PHI/PII.

- Collaborate with product, QA, DevOps, and healthcare domain teams.

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of Node.js & TypeScript development.

- Strong experience with cloud APIs (Azure preferred).

- Hands-on expertise in SQL & NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).

- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with EHR/EMR, HL7, FHIR, HIPAA compliance.

- Exposure to Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker.

- Background in high-traffic, low-latency systems.
