Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled Java Developer with strong experience in Java, Microservices, and Spring Boot to design and build scalable, high-performance backend applications.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing microservices architectures, RESTful APIs, and cloud-native applications. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Application Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot

- Build and deploy microservices-based applications following cloud-native principles

- Write clean, modular, and maintainable code adhering to coding standards

- Ensure application performance, scalability, and reliability

Microservices & API Development :

- Design and implement microservices architecture

- Develop RESTful APIs following industry best practices

- Ensure secure and efficient inter-service communication

- Optimize APIs for performance and scalability

Testing & Quality Assurance :

- Perform unit testing and integration testing

- Ensure high code quality and reliability

- Identify and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks

DevOps & CI/CD Collaboration :

- Work closely with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipeline integration

- Support deployment, release management, and monitoring

- Contribute to automation of build and deployment processes

Collaboration & Agile Practices :

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)

- Collaborate with frontend developers, QA teams, and architects

- Translate business requirements into technical solutions

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing :

- Prepare and maintain technical documentation

- Share knowledge and best practices within the team

- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in Java (7+ years)

- Solid experience in Microservices architecture

- Strong knowledge of Spring Boot framework

- Experience developing RESTful APIs

- Understanding of design patterns and OOP concepts

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines

- Good debugging and problem-solving skills

Good to Have :

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

- Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes

- Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL)

- Exposure to messaging systems like Kafka/RabbitMQ

- Performance tuning experience
