Job Description :

We are seeking highly skilled IBM BPM / IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) Developers with strong Banking and Financial Services domain experience to design, develop, enhance, and support enterprise-scale business process automation solutions.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building end-to-end BPM solutions for complex banking workflows and integrating IBM BPM with core banking and enterprise systems.

This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and integration teams in an Agile environment to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance BPM solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain business workflows and process automation solutions using IBM BPM / IBM BAW.

- Work closely with banking business users and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical BPM solutions.

- Develop and customize Process Models, Coaches, Coach Views, Human Services, Integration Services, and System Services.

- Implement end-to-end BPM solutions for banking processes such as :

1. Loan Origination & Loan Processing

2. Customer Onboarding & KYC

3. Retail & Corporate Banking workflows

4. Payments, Approvals, and Compliance processes

- Integrate IBM BPM applications with :

1. Core Banking Systems

2. REST / SOAP APIs

3. Databases (DB2, Oracle, SQL Server)

4. Third-party applications

- Perform unit testing, system testing support, deployment, and production support activities.

- Analyze and resolve production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes.

- Ensure performance optimization, scalability, security, and regulatory compliance of BPM solutions.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

- Collaborate with QA, DevOps, integration, and business teams to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.

- Maintain technical documentation and follow coding, security, and BPM best practices.

Mandatory Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in IBM BPM / IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW).

- Strong experience with :

1. IBM Process Designer

2. Process Center

3. Coaches & Coach Views

4. Human Services & Integration Services

- Strong understanding of BPM concepts, workflow orchestration, and business rules.

- Good knowledge of Java, JavaScript, and BPM scripting.

- Experience working with REST and SOAP web services.

- Hands-on experience with DB2 / Oracle / SQL databases.

- Mandatory Banking Domain Experience, including one or more of the following :

1. Loans (Retail / Corporate)

2. KYC & Customer Onboarding

3. Payments & Transaction Processing

4. Retail or Corporate Banking workflows
