About the Role :

We are looking for a seasoned Generative AI / AI Analyst with over 8 years of experience in the AI/ML domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI solutions, with a strong focus on Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, and modern ML frameworks. This role requires a strong foundation in machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and data analytics, with expertise in building and optimizing models on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI models using Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, LLaMA, Claude, or similar.

- Create effective prompt engineering strategies for various business use cases including document summarization, code generation, virtual assistants, and content creation.

- Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and product teams to identify opportunities for AI-based solutions.

- Perform thorough analysis and evaluation of model performance using structured and unstructured datasets.

- Integrate AI/ML models into production systems using modern deployment strategies and best practices.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and trends in AI/ML, especially advancements in generative AI, transformers, and diffusion models.

- Evaluate open-source and proprietary models, fine-tune and customize them based on business needs.

- Implement MLOps practices for model versioning, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

- Build scalable solutions using cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) including data pipelines, model training environments, and APIs.

- Provide thought leadership and contribute to AI strategy and roadmap for the organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

- 8+ years of experience in AI/ML development and deployment.

- Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies and frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, HuggingFace Transformers, LangChain).

- Expertise in Prompt Engineering, including chaining, prompt optimization, and few-shot learning techniques.

- Proficient in Python and SQL for data manipulation, model training, and evaluation.

- Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Keras.

- Experience working with NLP, Computer Vision, or Multimodal AI solutions.

- Proficiency in working with one or more cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) including cloud-native AI services, GPU/TPU usage, and cost optimization.

- Familiarity with data engineering workflows, version control (Git), CI/CD, and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

Good to Have :

- Experience with vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, or FAISS.

- Exposure to LangChain, LLMOps, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems.

- Certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., Azure AI Engineer, AWS Machine Learning Specialty).

- Publications, patents, or contributions to the open-source AI community.
