Job Title : Core Java Backend Developer / Lead

Location : Hyderabad

Experience : 8-10 Years

Role Overview :

- Participate in architecture and design discussions for new features and enhancements.

- Perform code reviews and ensure code quality, performance, and security standards.

Automation Framework Development :

- Design and develop automation frameworks for UI and API testing.

- Enhance and maintain existing automation frameworks.

- Integrate automation frameworks with CI/CD pipelines.

- Ensure high test coverage and reliability of automation suites.

Web Services & API :

- Develop and consume REST and SOAP web services.

- Work with JSON and XML data formats for data exchange.

- Validate API functionality and performance.

CI/CD & DevOps :

- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.

- Automate build, deployment, and testing processes.

- Collaborate with DevOps teams for environment setup and deployment.

Version Control :

- Use Git/GitHub or SVN for source code management.

- Maintain proper branching strategies and versioning practices.

Leadership & Collaboration :

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.

- Work closely with QA, DevOps, and product teams.

- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong proficiency in Core Java and OOP concepts.

- Experience with test automation frameworks (UI & API).

- Solid understanding of REST, SOAP, JSON, XML.

- Hands-on experience with Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience with Git/GitHub or SVN.

- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience with Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber, or similar tools.

- Knowledge of Microservices architecture.

- Experience with Docker/Kubernetes is a plus.

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Performance testing knowledge is an advantage.
